OneShop™ is an online marketplace platform that connects independent sellers with buyers across India. OneShop acts solely as a marketplace facilitator — we do not own, manufacture, or hold inventory of any product listed on the platform.

All transactions are directly between the seller and buyer. OneShop provides the technology, payment gateway connection, and logistics support.

By registering as a seller, placing an order as a buyer, or accessing any part of the OneShop platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Return Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

🚫 Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending payouts, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay (RBI-licensed payment aggregator).

⚠️ OneShop does not hold seller payments. Payouts are transferred directly to the seller's registered bank account via Razorpay Route.

The OneShop™ name, logo, and platform design are proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

By uploading product photos or content, you grant OneShop a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform for the purpose of facilitating the sale.

OneShop's liability is limited to the platform fee collected for the specific transaction in dispute. OneShop is not liable for:

OneShop reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a seller or buyer account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

🚫 Upon termination for cause: pending payouts may be withheld pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, amounts may be forfeited and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Before approaching courts, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days. OneShop may at its discretion refer disputes to a mutually agreed arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

OneShop may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via WhatsApp or email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
