  • Seller sent the wrong size (e.g. ordered M, received L) — send unboxing video to seller WhatsApp within 24 hrs of delivery and raise return request within 48 hrs of delivery
  • Item received damaged or defective — send unboxing video to seller WhatsApp within 24 hrs of delivery and raise return request within 48 hrs of delivery

✘ No Returns For

  • Customer ordered the wrong size — size chart is shown on every product
  • Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks — no return for hygiene reasons, no exceptions
  • Items that are worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Items with missing, cut, or tampered tags or original packaging
  • Slight color variation due to screen brightness or lighting — not a valid reason

📱 How to Raise a Return (All Steps Mandatory)

  • 1Record an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened. A video of just the item alone is not accepted.
  • 2Send the video to the seller's WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. 24 hr window
  • 3The WhatsApp message timestamp is the official proof. Your local video file date does not count.
  • 4Delivery date is based on the courier's tracking scan, not the customer's own estimate.
  • 5Contact the seller between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM only. No reply outside this window is not grounds for a return claim.
💡 Tip: Make it a habit to record a short video every time you open a package. It takes 30 seconds and protects you if anything goes wrong.

  • All other approved returns → customer pays return shipping

✘ No Returns For

  • Earrings — no return for hygiene reasons, no exceptions
  • Tarnishing, discoloration, or breakage after 48 hours of delivery — natural wear is not a defect
  • Allergic reactions — check material details on the product before buying
  • Slight color difference from product photo — screen and lighting vary
  • Customer ordered wrong bangle or ring size
  • Item worn even once — must be unused and unworn with original packaging

  • Dead on arrival (DOA) — phone does not switch on at all when first unboxed — send unboxing video to seller WhatsApp within 24 hrs of delivery and raise return request within 48 hrs of delivery
  • Seller sent wrong model or wrong colour — video within 24 hrs, raise within 48 hrs
  • Item arrived with physical damage (cracked screen, dented body, broken port) visible during unboxing — video within 24 hrs, raise within 48 hrs
  • Wrong accessory sent (e.g. wrong cable type, wrong case model) — same process

✘ No Returns For

  • Earphones or earbuds — no return for hygiene reasons, no exceptions
  • Software issues — slow performance, app crashes, or heating are not hardware defects
  • Battery drain complaints after use — not covered
  • Screen damage, scratches, or cracks reported after 48 hours — assumed customer damage
  • Customer changed mind or ordered wrong model
  • IMEI mismatch — IMEI on box and device must match; mismatch voids the return
  • Item switched on and used before raising return (except to verify DOA)
  • Return with missing original box, charger, or accessories — all original contents must be included
